Grief and Loss

Grief is usually a process you go through which can affect the way you think, feel and interact with others and this can often come and go in waves. You might feel sad, angry, guilty, relieved or you may feel nothing at all.

Everyone grieves differently and there’s no right or wrong way to go about it. It is a difficult time where you will feel very emotional – but you are not alone and there are things you can do. Talk to someone you trust, write down how you are feeling, or if your feelings are starting to interfere with your everyday life speak to your GP who can suggest some ways of getting support.
